RX7 reliability/engine building

if you have your engine built with all silicone seals and 2mm race Hurley apex seals, does this make reliability problems pretty much disappear? Also how much is it to have an engine built(or to buy a premade one) with these options and street porting? I live in So Cal so if anyone knows some good builders/rx7 specialists here that would be great!

Reliability has everything to do with tuning and maintainance. You can have a completely built motor, but run lean or overheat it's not going to matter. That will help better protect it though. I think Pineapple racing is somewhere near there(closer than Florida).
