Rx7 fd3s power windows/indicators/not working

Hey guys Im having a promblem with my fd. The car was sitting for some years now and I decided to fix it.
everything seems to work except my power windows/indicators and hazaards. I checked the fuses under the dash and they are ok. Did anyone have the same issue?

That's not going to be super common, and with a car that has sat you may have problems like a mouse chewed on wiring or something like that.

Is the car all in one piece or was it taken apart and is still partially apart?

If the car is/was lowered, sometimes the driver's side front wheel can rub through the fender liner and into the wiring harness.

How did you check fuses? Best way is to set a multimeter to continuity and touch the 2 test spots on the top of the fuse, if the meter beeps that fuse is good. Pulling them and looking does OK but many times you can't see where the fuse is melted through.

We checked for mice bites and we found nothing.
I also checkedthe fuses with a multimeter and agin everything seems ok.
The only thing is that i can locate the cpu2 (fd01) flasher on my car its not there where its should be!

Yeah the flasher has to be plugged in for the turn signals/hazards to work, that's the circuit that drives them and makes them blink.
