"Well, which Alien ... the one(s) from the first two or Mother Alien or the one from Alien 3 or the Sigourney Weaver-hybrid alien?..."
Actually, the alien from the first movie was different from the ones in the second.

there was a whole series of paperback books, where the predators teamed up with humans to fight aliens. since predators were at that point good guys, and anyone teamed up with humans will win in a sci-fi environment, it makes the original villian vs villian argument pointless... kind of like comparing an AWD grand touring car with a lightweight rwd one? i think rx7 vs skyline gtr implies they are going to fight. i think in a fight a gtr would win, cause it looks bigger. this is my longest and most pointless post so far, sorry guys, it's been a long day

well I think in all honestly one must look at it this way, what if the Predator drives the Seven and the alien drives the Gtr, I say the Predator would win because the Alien would go nutz and spin the tires out as long as he could.

First of all the GT-R is available in the US via MotoRex. They are 100% street legal.

When stuff starts breaking on the Skyline, how long will it take to get parts and how much will it cost?

The oil pumps fail all the time and 3rd gear sucks ***....I'm lucky though at least for me it takes about 5-7min to drive to MotoRex.

Hey Chris,
I didn't know that the oil pumps fail frequently. I heard from either Vernon or Sean that you have to change the fluids (like in the front diff.) quite frequently.

I totally think Predator would kick Alien's ***. Dude, you can't see the Predator. He's invisible. I don't care how much Alien drools, it's Predator hands down.
To sum this all up.............
I'll take my chances with ANYBODY in a done up 7. I've only lost twice(and i'm only mildly modded), although very badly both times. A Hennessy Viper spanked me(how could I know he's all Hennessied out), and a RUF CR2.

Also, the stock turbos on the RB26DETT will take you to around 500BHP @ 1.2bar (with other mods ofcouse). Anything over that, and you should change the turbos to something that can run a higher boost. Also remember that the R34 is more reliable when making a decision, which is one I'm currently making. The GTR's are quite common here in the UK, which is why I'm leaning towards the RX-7. Nicer looking car, and if unreliability is the price to pay for uniqueness.... I'm there!!

Supra will win. Rx7 TT - 270hp, skyline (gtr) RB26DETT - 280hp, Supra TT 2JZ-GTE - 320hp oem specs, really 340-350hp. im talking about stock engines hear, not qtr miles, rx7 would probably beat the Supra in a stock qtr mile run.

There is no 270hp rx-7 afaik.
230hp = RHD series 6
255hp = LHD series 6
265hp = some RHD series 7, auto series 8
275hp = Australia only rx-7 SP
280hp = series 8 RS,RZ and Spirit R
I'm unsure of these but I am sure there is no 270hp.

Both stock, I think performance and handling of the 2 will be quite similar although the FD would eat it on the tighter circuits. When modified, the FD will give you more bang for the buck as it is lighter and the engine will require less power to run neck to neck.

The FD will LOSE to a stock GT-R if the FD is stock...BUT, top end, the FD will pull past the GT-R. I downloaded a japanese video showing this...the FD was catching up at the end. FD ran 1/4 mile in 13.9~...GT-R ran it faster...

How can you just generally assume the performance of two completly different modified cars.......
There are about 80 GT-R in the states....if you can find one on the streets try to race it...that's the only way to find out.
Sean's (not motoRex sean...he is no longer employeed by them) R32 is just full exhaust, intake, boost controller and PFC. He's running consistent 12.1 at IDRC events.
Winn is running twin Apex'i RX6 in his silver R33...not sure how he dyno'd yet though.
There is a silver R33 with a HKS T04R cutback and Giken Tranny up in the valley. Think his fist dyno run was close to 600 and that was before the tranny was put in.
A silver R32 down in torrance is running twin HKS GT2540. He still has his MAF sensors in so he's limited to 400 rwhp.
I know Chicago has about 3 GTR and Seattle has like 4 up there.
They are around just gotta find them. Majority are stock but there are a few that are really really nice.
