Rx-7 Reliability for daily driving?

Say I purchase a good-condition FD with all of the reliability mods, the boost pattern passes the 10-8-10 test, and all engine fluids have been properly maintained in the past, could I technically drive this car on a daily basis without having the LEAST worry that the car will break down in the middle of the road or if something might go wrong with the engine?

Please keep in mind that I will not be doing any more "performance mods" that will entail further maintenance/reliability mods to the car, so everything SHOULD be in ideal condition as it already is.

How reliable can this car possibly be now? I know it probably still won't be reliable as a Honda, but can I now drive this car worry-free?

Thanks for any response.
