Running Fans on High makes car run perfect?

Running Fans on High makes car run perfect?
I usualy run the car with the fans off.
DOnt reallydrive to hard and recently have been expereincing boost issues....
Run the car today decide to put fans to max and boom car boosts like a beast???
Am i supposed to run with the fans on when im driving hard?
I also disabled the double throttle and removed and plugged the EGR Hose inlets.
