Rubber moon-roof seal

My moon-roof seal was deteriorated when I bought the car back in March, I plan on getting a new one. Is it just a simple matter to pull the old seal off and snap the new one in place? ...or is there adhesives and special processes in-volved? I want to do this myself, but not sure whats involved. thanks.

I read that thread, and it cool cause I found I can get the rubber seal for 80 bucks (its 150 in bay area)!

anyway that thread talks alot about replacing the rails and other things. I want to leave everything assembled and replace the seal.

Anyone know?
