I just got done watching my video I just received....all I can say is WOW!
WELL worth the bucks...thanks to all that suggested it.

yep, they are great! after watching them (i got all 3
) i have been suggesting to everyone that needs engine work or just wants to know how stuff works and where stuff is to get it.
Previous to buying them, I had my doubts about them (quality and informative wise) or if they would even come but after getting them, I felt like such a fricken moron for not having bought them 2 years earlier!
i think the only people which dont need these would be hard core engine rebuilders and/or automotive shops already specializing in rotary engines. very few of us here fall in to either of these catagories. Personnaly i think it should be a sticky to get these videos. they will show exactly what and where everything is and should solve a lot of threads such as can a rotary be relible. just watch the video and you can rebuild and pull an engine by yourself and it wont matter!

R & R stands for Remove and Replace. Tells you how to remove the engine from the car.

and sadly no, there is no dvd option.

The ability to time search stuff and rewind/instant replay stuff. Freeze frame is also pretty nifty
rebuild and reinstallation?
rest and relaxation?
rotary rebuild?
remove and replace?
bleh, who the hell cares. Just buy the darn video! you wont be sorry.
BTW: this video shows you ever single nut and bolt and tells you the spec to tighten them too as well as how to measure and the specs for everything else like runouts on the housings and other stuff like that. I **** you not, it shows every single bolt! its not like those tv shows where it says take off the air box and the take off the turbos and then 2 secs later they fast foward and its all done and the engine is sitting out side the engine in parts. You have to be either high on some pretty fked up drug or just a moron to not beable to follow a video on how to do this.
unless you can get a very good engine rebuilder to show you step by step the process and can get them to show you their secrets for making money (i know very very few which will even give you the time of day if you ask them something like this) and can get them to do it for under 100 bucks (the cost of all 3 videos, you only need 2 for FD's. i got the 3rd which shows how to for a FC) you should seriously buy this video NOW!

You hit the nail on the head, Skunks!
I just got the RX-7 3rd Gen R + R and 13B Overhaul DVD's from Rotary Aviation, but they aren't working. I tried them in 4 different dvd players and it keeps freezing up halfway through. Anyone else having problems with the dvd's....they came on dvd-r's???
Yup same thing happened to me, their DVD burner isn't very good.
Contact them and let them know, and they'll send you another DVD. They are very nice and take care of it if you give them an email or a call
