this may sound kinda stupid, but i would be more worried about birds and small animals than rocks. i love to ride on a few roads that are in the sticks, and small creatures are everywhere at night. ive hit several birds in my other car, but luckly none in my fd. i also pulled part of a racoon out of the front grill of my protege' last year during the summer. (that was nasty!) as for the rocks, i dont think they would be a problem as long as you dont ride peoples bumpers.
