Rock Chips
I keep noticing some new rock chips every week 
I want to touch them up but is it gonna cost a lot? Lets say I have 5 or 6 small chips. And yeah, they're pretty much everywhere, not in a small area.

You could try http://www.chipsaway.com.
We have them in the UK as well. I've used them and they do a brilliant job at a fraction of the price of a re-spray.

is called get the tag off the front of the next rock truck you see....
then call the company the truck is from and tell them your call is all chipped up beacuse their truck has dropped stones on your car at high way speeds.
file police report.
send the police report to the company. then get 3 estimates from body shops to paint your whole car.
call the company and get their insurance info.(the have special ins for this) and then call their ins company.
fax them the estimates. and pester them till they send you a check.
my buddie got 1500 bucks to paint his car.

It happened to me one time and I got a bunch of chips on my hood. Since then I just stay far far away from them.
