Rich vs Poor Mans NS twins

So I've been reading allot here about the Non Sequential setup of the twin turbos and I see references to Rich and Poor ... I'd like to know more what the differences are between the two and what the benefits/drawbacks are as well.

I realize it's probably mostly related to cost, hence the descriptive names, but what else?

links are also appreciated

the poormans is a way of doing the mod while not removing and fully modding the parts on the car to run non seq, you would chicken wire open the flapper, and the butterflys etc.. it will not be as efficient as the full modded but it will get the idea what its like to drive non seq..

the full mod you redo the manifold, remove the butterflys fromt he y pipe, upgrade the intake manifold etc... when you remove the flapper and port the exhaust manifold, you improve effiency of the twins which make them spool a lot faster than the poormans..

this is extremely laymans terms but i hope i spelled out the basics..

there is a wealth of knowledge on here if you just search..
