I think the pipe is a little different to clear the steering components. Look at the HKS DP and you'll see what I mean.

Place a WTB in the classifieds. I see pictures of engines imported from Japan, many of which have the downpipe still attached. Most buyers scrap it, so maybe you can get one that way.

As for shipping, it's worth noting that a box the size of a book costs $30-40 to ship from the US to europe by postal carrier (4-6 weeks) and $100-120 by Fedex, UPS, etc (1 week). I'm afraid to even guess what something like a downpipe would cost.

guys thanks for the reply. For those who might be selling their used DP please send me a pm with price+shipping. i would like to buy one after i finish my rebuild. Oh and im not looking for a stock DP.

so what you meant is.. you're looking for an aftermarket downpipe, that bolts up to the stock twins, in a rhd 7.

I recommend getting a 3 1/2" one from SMB in Australia, the increase in flow over the HKS dp is a similar amount to the HKS one over stock.

Get the HKS downpipe. Can be had for $200 US, fits good, and is made for RHD to clear steering components.
