Retrofit projector issue
I installed zenon projectors into my stock housings and one of the projectors flickers the projectors light. I have tried different bulbs hoping it was the bulb or ballastthe but it is the projector. Does anyone know what it could be?

"one of the projectors flickers the projectors light" What do you mean by this? Is the High beam flapper going up and down or is the light just going on and off.
All the projector does is disperse the light. There is nothing electronic in it other than the cutoff solenoid.
Did you switch your balasts? Did the problem switch sides? Check your voltage to the balasts. If the voltage gets close to low 10's that can cause the flickering.

well the light does not go in and out. It is just a flicker inside the bulb. I did switch sides and it does it on the other side as well. New HID bulb and ballast. I am very confused. I took apart that light and everything inside the projector sees to be fine. it almost looks like someone is moving the bulb inside the projector.
I bought them from a guy on ebay. Brand new never used.
Also these projectors came with their own bulbs with a HID controller box for Hi/Lo beam. I also have an extra set of bulbs the guy game me that are just regular low beam. It does it with both bulbs.
I had regular H4 bulbs on my stock housings and it was working fine.

It could be a bad ground.
I remember that my passenger side would flicker like crazy and I thought the harness was bad.
Ordered a new one and the same thing happened!
Turns out I just needed the battery to charge a little bit, so I turned on the car and the flicker went away.

Below i have a drawing of my problem now. I got a new ground and the lights seem to be stable with no flickering. Again i cant thank you guys enough.
I now have a problem adjusting my headlights.
The right side seems to be fine, but the left or drivers side is all jacked up. I put both projectors in the housings the same way with the up mark facing up.
Let me know what your guys think.

Thanks dude. I tried it and did my best. I will post pics on how they came out.
How come some cars have a straight line on the projectors and not the angles like i have?

they're supposed to be angled. Almost ALL projectors and headlights are that way. LHD it's gonna angle up on the right. RHD angle up on the left. That's so you don't blind on coming traffic.
see the step? that's how it's suppose to be
