Yeah it's your ballast or igniter. Try swapping assemblies. Hid kits are so cheap buy another one. I doubt it's your projector unless something is loose. HID kits can be finicky. Who did you buy the kit from ?

"one of the projectors flickers the projectors light" What do you mean by this? Is the High beam flapper going up and down or is the light just going on and off.

All the projector does is disperse the light. There is nothing electronic in it other than the cutoff solenoid.

Did you switch your balasts? Did the problem switch sides? Check your voltage to the balasts. If the voltage gets close to low 10's that can cause the flickering.

It could be a bad ground.
I remember that my passenger side would flicker like crazy and I thought the harness was bad.
Ordered a new one and the same thing happened!

Turns out I just needed the battery to charge a little bit, so I turned on the car and the flicker went away.

I agree with the bag ground. I had the same issue until I cleaned up one of my grounding points.

they're supposed to be angled. Almost ALL projectors and headlights are that way. LHD it's gonna angle up on the right. RHD angle up on the left. That's so you don't blind on coming traffic.

see the step? that's how it's suppose to be
