restoring engine bay paint color?

I read somewhere that people paint their engine bays black so it looks cleaner/hides wires better... but on the other hand those with the white engine bays looks really clean.. what do you guys think? if the car was gonna be for show?

Definately same color as exterior. Especially on a color change it shows you put in the extra time.

I would stick with the exterior color of the car. I have seen some terrible looking Fd's with custom paint jobs with the engine bay the stock color.

Green with red engine bay: Has that "Holiday" look
Yellow with red engine bay: Can I get a number one meal with fries ?
Yellow with black engine bay: Go Steelers !!!!

+1 for the same color, i was actually thinking about going for a high gloss (3-4 layers of clear) black on the outside and possible i feel like the bay will be easier to clean with a smooth high gloss finish.
