....there is one blow-off valve and the other valve is the CRV(charge relief valve)....the valve that plumbs from the part of the y-pipe where both pipes meet, is the BOV....the CRV is the valve plumed on the secondary turbo side of the y-pipe.....

As stated, there are two BOV "type" devices. One is the actual BOV (the one located closest to the front of the car), the other is the CRV which is closest to the UIM.

They have different operating characteristics:

Just replace the BOV and leave the CRV alone. As for where to connect it, if you don't have a flange for the BOV, then it needs to be welded to a hard IC pipe. If you have a flange, you can just connect it using the stock connection on the Y-Pipe.

Unless you are running non-sequential then they both become blow of valves.

I'm running parallel turbos and both of the valves are blow off valves. Yes you do have to replumb the vacuum source. Basically just "T" the line where the bov gets its source from.

If you are in sequential mode then take the stock bov off and cap it where it comes of the Y pipe. Then you can weld it on the intercooler pipe. Just don't forget to run a vacuum line back to the new bov. I hope this answers your question.
