replacing power steering loop/cooling line

something came up off the road and hit my power steering line/loop. now it leaks pretty bad. is there something i can use to replace it? would it work if i just ran some rubber hose line? any options besides buying a new one?

I use a small Setrab oil cooler. It costs more, but is also easier to mount and uses AN fittings.
