Replacement for M2 Large silicone hose coupler

I got these really nice 2.75 in ID and 3.2 in. OD blue turbo hose coupler with the M2 large IC. I'm looking to replace one of them but can't find a replacement in the right thickness (0.20 inches). The Hose Technique is too thin at 0.140 inches.

Anyone knows of a source?
