Removing windshield/hatch glass question.

Im going to be having my FD painted over this winter. Wasnt something I was planning on doing, but I do have the engine/trans out right now, and there are a few small dings/chips here and there that have bothered me, so I figured why not. Anyway , I just had a new windshield put in a few months ago, I think I drove the car once or twice since it was installed. Likewise my rear hatch glass is in perfect shape. Is there a trick to removing these without damage?

Yea, take it to a professional & have them store the glass while your having your car painted.
