removing engine wiring harness (searched)

okay so im taking my engine out of the car for a rebuild and i watched the Rotary Aviation video and i cant seem to figure out what wires he wants to remove. He takes off the passenger kick panel exposing the ecu and tells you to take a bunch of stuff out that i dont know cause theres so many wires. can someone tell me exactly what wires to disconnect so i can get on with this rebuild. thanks

The main wiring harness at the ECU is what you want to unplug. Unplug it and then pop the large rubber plug out of the firewall where the harness passes through. Sit the harness on top of the motor and pull the motor.

X-05 and X-14 are up higher near the firewall...blue and a yellow connector...then push the boot thru the fire wall.

On my 93 harness there are 2 yellow plugs, 1 blue, 1 white, and 1 ground that screwed in somewhere. I think the 2 yellow ones that you need from the ECU are the bottom 2 but its been a long time since I've seen the stock ECU mounted and wired up.

There is a dark green metal cover against the firewall and visible in the picture. Remove it. The wad of wires under that is what needs to be unplugged and pushed through the pass-thru.
