Removed Air Pump

I know there are many posts about this but they all contradict each other so I am posting fresh.

Here is my car specs:
Stock seq twins
Street port
3mm seals
downpipe
high-flow cat
rb cat back exhaust
apex'i pod filter kid
No air pump (blocked of the pipe which was coming off the pump.)

I need to know how to set up the car to get it to idle nicely. At the moment its bouncing up and down and almost stalls.

1. With these mods what should I be idling at?
2. do I change my idle on the power fc or do i play with the idle screw? or both?
3. What should I disable (if anything) on the Power FC?
4. What order should I try changing settings in e.g. Power FC first then idle screw?
5. Should I change the fuel map in the cells where the car idles?

P.S. I have done the idle learning procedure outlined in the manual.

Thanks.

u have to turn off the O2 feedback on the PFC so that it doesn't try to use closed loop mode (which is what causes idles problems without the air pump)
