Removed Air Pump

Well, after it failed on me yesterday making a horrible BLEH BLEH BLEH BLEH noise, I yanked her out today (doesn't matter, have a midpipe). The car actually runs better without that thing, somehow. I put a 300K4 belt on (until I get my pulley set). The idle suffered, yes, and I haven't removed the ACV yet (waiting on blocking plates). It's no problem to run with those two metal pipes open for now, right? I don't really remember where they go.

LOL, you mean you didn't like that BLEH BLEH BLEH noise? I still have some weird boost issues..lol. I'll have to figure it out after I get back from the Keys.

First off, you don't need a pulley kit. You don't need to underdrive the waterpump in a car that already has cooling problems. That aside. There's a check valve in the LIM and in the main cat stem (but you have a midpipe anyways). The worst that will happen is a trivial amount or exhaust gasses will leak into your eninge bay. You're good to go.
