Just read the FSM, it gives perfectly clear instructions of how to do it. The only thing you really have to watch for is those stupid plastic clips at the top of the door. I broke one of mine.

One of my little white clips, pins broke last week when I put in the 6.5 inch Memphis speakers .I put it back with fiberglass plus reinforced it . I also made a metal part to attach the door skin to the door at the pull handle . Now the door skin does not flex when you shut the door .I used fiberglass to streighten other areas around the handle .

Sweet!! I was just about to start tearing my panels off to replace my speakers too. I'm also going to finally fix the damn passenger handle.
