Ray at Malloy Mazda will probably be about the cheapest you'll find on new OEM parts.

let's see when I did my first motor swap/replacement

I got a...
new flywheel
new Pressure Plate (SS clutch line should have been added here)
new 6-puck sprung clutch disc
new secondary fuel rail w/ braided lines (tapped the primary)
new fuel pressure regualtor
new sec. injectors (1680cc)
new ECU (haltech E6X)
new WB O2 Sensor
new custom (DIY) engine harness
new turbo system (custom as well)
new custom exhaust (dp w/WG plumb & mp w/cat and resonator)
new custom AUX Inj. system (safety blanket style)
converted to electric air pump
converted to premixing fuel (due to ECU)

This time around (TO bearing was tossed, removed everything for some changes)
dual 25 row oil coolers
JDM tranny (I plan to rebuild...if I get the courage)
new TO bearing
full face clutch disc
progressive AUX inj system w/ fail safe
dual EGT probes (pre-turbo)
metaillic cat (change in mp)
final EGT (so I don't melt the cat)
New GT3574 Turbo (smaller turbine housing than I'm currently using)
exhaust wrap and silicon seal manifold and dp.

probably not the exact list you are looking for Just letting you know you can go as extreme as you like.

FD'up,

The list I gave you is basically what you need. You won't know what else you need until you get in there and see what is damaged or reusable.
