Reman compression question

Just curious to know if there is a goodbreak in mileage to have on a new reman to ensure that you are getting the most peak compression numbers possible? I have about 600 on mine, and after the injectors are re-installed, I will do a check, but just wondering if 600 miles is enough for a good seating or the seals and a good time for an accurate comp test.
