Reliability?

ok i have a street porte motor with blown turbos so i was think about doing a single turbo conversion including:

Garret T04R .96
Tial 46 mm wastegate
greddy bov boost controller
850cc primarys
1600cc secondays
a 24 x 12 x 3 in. intercooler
power fc and comander
Supra fuel pump
obx turbo manifold (it only $50-100 on ebay)

As of now i only have:

mild street port
mazda trix silicone hoses
mazda trix 2pc 2mm apex seals
Hks down pipe
hooker exhaust
apex afc
apex intake
new engine w/2000-5000 miles

I was woundering what kind of reliability i shoud expect from this setup and how hard the T04R would be on it?

The shop i was talking to wants me to do a ls1 conversion but im not sure im wanting to go that way! even though it would cost about the same, and the turbo set up would be slightly more if i did the manual conversion.

When i took the intake off oil was all over in the intake even past the intercooler i didnt see any metal shaving so hopefuly there isnt any!!! is that amount of oil going to hurt anything?

So hows the reliability on a T04R as fas as engine wear and how much psi can it take safely?
