Question relay clicking under steering wheel

The only thing I see under that area is the steering lock solenoid. Could that be the problem? It does it all the time when the key is switched on and when car running. Anyone else had this? Thanks !!

Ok, here is my idea. Does the "clicking" sound like the blinker "clicking"? If it does then I know the problem because my parents just got it fixed on their car. So if the clicking sound is the same as the blinker clicking sound I can help you out, let me know.

slower BUT the exact same tone and sound? if so then here is what happened to the parental units car....something was spilled down the steering wheel assembly which shorted out the harness that controls that blinker sounds. I cant guarantee its the same thing because its a different model vehicle but its worth a shot.

it was a differernt vehicle but it was $145.00. Pull apart the plastic pieces surrounding the steering wheel column and see if anything could have screwed things up.
