Lightbulb Regreasing the CCV

I've had a 10-6-10 boost pattern for some time, and after removing the y-pipe last night I noticed the CCA doesn't snap the valve shut very quickly. It sort of hesitates moving in each direction. So I disassembled it, wiped everything down, and put a little molybdenum disulfide grease on all the contact surfaces.

It's nice and snappy now, but will it hold up? I imagine the vacuum in the manifold will draw out the grease and leave it dried out. Anyone have some experience to share? I don't want this to become a routine.

Dave

There are special greases made to lube the o-rings in vacuum systems. If the moly doesn't last you might try one of them.
