NM non-seq ccv question

i have a question about the ccv in the poor man's non sequential,

in this write up
http://www.nopistons.com/forums/topi...on-sequential/

im confused about the ccv section, as im reading it, the auther is saying that i need to plug the lines that come off the ccv vammue pot itself, even though the source vaccume lines are also pluged, with no vaccume at all being supplyed to the ccv actuator, does it still need the nipples plugged? what would this cause if they were left open?

the way i have it is the lines on the y-pipe looped to eachother, and the lines on the LIM capped. the nipples on the ccv left open.

now i have this horrible bearing/gearwhine noise comming from that area and i can't seem to control my boost at all, my MBC just does nothing at all.

thanks for the help in advace!

You just simply plug all the lines

The CCV is always open when nothing is hooked up to it

No, you have to plug all the nipples, that's where all the boost passes through. If you leave them open to the air, all the boost will escape through there.
