Redline oil

Hello,

I want to replace the transmision and rear differential oil for my 3rd gen with Redline products. Do you guys know which Redline is suitable for our cars?

get 3 qts trans 2 qts diff....for a 5 sp

10 qts auto trans and 2 qts diff.....automatic
