Redline buzzer at 1850+ rpm?

My buzzer makes no noise until exactly 1850rpm and then is constantly buzzing with any revs above that, so pretty much the entire time you drive the car. Just started doing this at random. My tach is randomly jumpy but never had the buzzer issue before.

I'm good on oil/coolant 100% full, I checked my coolant level sensor, connector at water pump, and the connection by the PS/AC, and I temp grounded my level sensor to test and make sure it was not level related (also, no gauge warning lights are on when the buzzer is on). It will not do it at idle at all, only 1850+ rpm as shown by the PFC.

I've been planning on replacing the tach but now I'm wondering if it is the entire cluster or what. I also wonder if it is CPU related and plan on swapping CPUs asap.

Anybody had a similar issue?
