My engine brace has a shock. The aluminum casing is to hold the shock and also to bolt on the rod end. The FEED, Ebay ones or any other FEED look-alike has the nylon bushing inside. It looks like a shock from the outside on those but there is no shock. I don't want people to confuse my design with the FEED or look-alike. Totally different.

fart on a friends head!!!
very good point fly. . . maybe something like that could be done. . . and it wouldnt have to be done on the engine at all. . . the best place to have a second brace would probably be at the transmission. . . that wouldnt be bad at all. i just may look into that.
chuck, i have a question about your ETB. is there any movement at all? i almost got yours, but to be honest. . . i didnt want a lot of movement. i figured that if it were a shock, thered be more movement seen at the gear shift ****. mine, however, doesnt move at all.
btw, thats no attack whatsoever. . . just a question to get better knowledge about it. . . cause ive always wondered.

There isn't much movement. The shock I use is pretty stiff. So the movement depends on how much you stay on the throttle. During shifting, you will not notice any movement on the shifter.
BTW, this is not a thread about my engine brace damper. I don't want to hi-jack it or try to sell more since they are selling just fine. I posted because some people are confused with my design vs. others. If you have more questions, you can just email me at rotaryextreme@aol.com or give me a call.

Oh and Phil, you might wanna switch "for his and all other" with "his for all other" unless you're really trying to dig yourself deeper in a hole
