Question Rebuilt Turbos

Im planning to rebuild my turbos and where would u recommend besides BNR. I want to go for stock rebuild. I've checked Turbotenics, TurboCity...are they any good? I'm planning to boost 13psi,14psi on it, would it handle?

why not try the 99 spec turbo's? I'm not sure, but whats the maximum psi those turbo's can run before they pass their efficiency?

well i do not want to spend 3g on the 99spec. I'm looking to spend roughly $600,$700 for standard rebuild. Thats why I checked out two of stores above and I was wondering the quality of their rebuilt turbos.

No stock rebuild is 100% guaranteed to be done right the first time.
