Although I'm not highly educated in this area.
You'll definintely not want to rev up the engine in high rpms, or even close to it. I'd suggest getting a whole oil change at 1,000x mile mark. Oh, and probably give it a good while to warm up, and cool down just like normal, but I'd think especially so with a brand new rebuild.

Assuming a complete rebuild, including new rotor and stat gear bearings:
first 500 miles, revs below 4k, no boost. change oil and filter.
next 1000 miles, revs below 6k, boost up to 5 psi or so. change oil and filter.
enjoy, your engine is broken in

I thought the straight 30 lacks the detergents to clean deposits off.
I'm also breaking in a new engine, and am following the same ideas.
500 miles - oil change. Keep it under 4K, and no boost.
1000 miles - small short boost patterns.
Only other thing I'll add is to vary the RPMs. I've been told that highway driving at one RPM is not the best way. Change gears to vary the RPMs

Run wide open, all the time, everywhere you go!
Just kidding. Do what those guys said. When I first got my FD, it had 500 miles on the reman. Previous owner drove it like a grandma. It's a good thing because I drove it hard the day I got it.

You follow the advice of whoever built your engine.
My builder's recommendations (with new housings):
-first 500 miles, under 4k rpm with light boosting, no WOT
-change oil
-500-1000 miles, slowly increase rpm, begin boosting up to 10 psi for short bursts
1000 miles - good to go.
