Rebuild and now won't idle below 3k

I just put my motor back in after a rebuild. Now when I start the car it jumps to 3k right away, and I can't get it to come back down to normal. I think it is a vaccum leak some where, maybe one of you guy might have some ideas. I am going to take the manifold of this weekend and start the search for the problem. I am in Japan, and can't speak Japanese so I am kinda fucked. I took out the double throttle butterflies and safey wired the switch. I also remove the purge control selonoid and pluged all the lines. I have double checked all the electrical connectors no luck. The joys of owning an fd3s. Any ideas will help. By the way check out JOULEUSA.com, my friend is opening a tuning shop in Colorado soon. Thanks for the help.

I'll just disconnect the aws and see what happens! If I get a check engine light I will know why. I don't think it is the problem though, because when I tap the gas it doesn't bring the fast idle down like used too. Just stay in the same place or goes higher.

It ended up being the lower throttle body was not closed all the way. The adjustment screws head was broken off. Replace the screw, now back in bussiness.
