Rebuild having trouble starting

I recently got my motor rebuilt and ported and when i try to start it it takes a while to get it going. I have about 250 miles on the car now and there isnt any improvements. Im using the microtech ltx8 with msd coils and the car just isnt starting right. I was wondering what the compression of a new rebuild not broken in yet should be at. I tested mine last week when it had almost no miles and it was around 55 on front and rear. Does anyone have a microtech map for a mild streetport, dp, mp, catback, intake?

a street port will effect you compression numbers (lower)

the 55 is low but hopefully it'll build up.

Is it flooding or is it too lean on start up? You can set the start up mixutres and try to compensate.
