Rebuild

I have an 95 RX7 with over 100,000 miles would you recomend a rebuild?

On the same engine?? It would be a very good idea to do the rebuild. If the engine is still in good running condition, the rotors and the housing should be in good condition and you can re-use them. If you wait until the engine blows, you may not have that choice and it would be a lot more expensive if any of the housings or ortors need replacing.

I heard that the Rotary would need a rebuilt after 90000 miles is this true?

if i plan of rebuilding the engine from TOP to BOTTOM (every thing) how much would i expect to pay if i pay some one to rebiuld it for me?
