Can you desribe the noises? Is it a clunk, or a whrrr, and from approximately where? Could be any number of things from suspension bushings to brakes to rear diff.

Could be your tranny hitting the PPF but thats just a guess based on your description. As previously stated, what kind of a noise, a clunk or no? A little better details would help, let us know.

think tranny hit on PowerPlant frame as well. It happened to R1 i had, Only solution is to replace Engine mount, when you're at it replace Diff mount as well. This is a likely case if the car has been autoXed or just have many many miles.

The noises are coming from the rear end somewhere its a clunk and a whrr. tranny moves a lot when i get on and off the gas. It kind of sounds like gears smackin together

I will still stick with my original thought then of the tranny hitting the power plant frame. I would get your motor mounts checked out and your PPF for that matter.

i looked at the power plant frame and its cracked in many places im pretty sure that my drive shaft is hitting my power plant frame b/c at the end of the shaft its shaved clean it dosent look like the rest of the drive shaft tahnks.

check your toe link. see if it is loose if so that is probably it. the bushing is a bearing so when you move it bangs and at high speeds the wheel will shift making that whrr. also check all the bushing while your back there.

sounds like bad tranny mounts.

While you are under there, might want to replace that drive shaft if it is shaved real bad.. could throw off weighting of the shaft.. replace your U-joints, and change the tranny and diff fluid..

whrr sound usually indicates drivetrain noise.. like low fluid..or excessive heat...
