REar caliper pistons stuck?

My rear caliper pistons WILL NOT go in, with a huge clamp on them tehy arent buding. MY parking brake is not on, and it doesnt work at all anyway so im wondering... are my pisons siezed? whats the easiest way to tell?

nevermind, I take it its the screwing type so I gotta rotate it clockwise? do I need to rotate it back then when im done?

I was going to say...before you answered yourself , that on the front calipers (fwiw) you have to use two C-Clamps to make it go in or it will go in crooked and will get stuck...but then you fixed your own problem
