RB exhaust question.....

I'm in the process of trying to quiet my FD which has a RB downpipe ,resonated midpipe, and an N1 muffler. 2 questions.
1. Will the Racing Beat dual tip make a big difference(noticeable)?

2. Is it possible to have 350-400 HP with this RB dual tip? or is it to restrictive?

Just took a GT Spec off of my car.

The RB dual tip is sitting under it right now, just gotta go bolt it on.

I'll let you know how it sounds.

(no emissions, straight midpipe - yes, the GT Spec was loud)

I'm hoping the RB drops the tone and overall noise. I really loved the dual muffler deep tone I had in the T2 and am hoping I can get something close to it for the FD.

Just got the RB dual on and fired it up.

It is significantly quieter than the GT Spec.

I can't say just how much though, as I have no way to measure it.

When the main cat was still on the car, the GT Spec was measured
at 95 db at about 3k RPM.

It was then significantly louder without the cat.

The RB is a definite improvement.

And no more cracks about the coffee can on the end of my exhaust.

The RB will be much much quieter than an N1(one of the loudest on the market). You can make plenty of power with the RB. You will love it and never look back. And not to seem biased, but I just took a RB dual with less than 1000 mi on it that im selling. The only reason im selling is because 7 I just bought has one on it too and im parting out my car. Its the best catback on the market imo.

Buy the RX7 store mesonated midpipe, which has a Magnaflow muffler. Does wonders for quieting and smoothing out the exhaust ton. And get rid of the N1, they sound terrible.
