Radiator hoses (Upper and Lower)
This is a friendly reminder to replace your radiator hoses!
Now on to the actual reason for posting… where abouts can I order these damn things. What seems like a fairly easy part to find has once again led me astray. All my local spots around here can’t seem to get it and I’m really not in the mood to drive to San Antonio to just pick up hoses.
Anyone have a good online option? Or anyone have a better option then the standard radiator hoses? Or hell, just somewhere I can order them from.
This is going to be a fun adventure, after years of neglecting it I’m finally going to be able to (hopefully) lower the Koyo “So big its stupid” radiator closer to the condenser, allowing my M2 Cold air intake to fit as well as finally allowing my M2 Med SMIC to fit. Oh happy days. When finally getting lift time from a local shop I noticed that my hoses were just about to fall to pieces. Pretty much the only ones I’ve never replaced so thus the time comes. Need the hoses before I start in on the project.
Thanks
Still around, still running!

You've been a member of this forum for over 5 years and don't know about Malloy Mazda? Contact Ray Crowe at Malloy (search for phone number)....best deals on parts outside of Mazdamotorsports membership.

I'll make it easy - 888-533-3400, ask for Ray .
You need the OEM parts here, and I don't think the radiator hoses are too pricey. If you wanna go cheap, there's a nice looking set of used radiator hoses on Ebay right now.

The silicone hoses are nice, but the stock hoses last a VERY long time, and you can hardly see the stock hoses with the engine all put together. I'd just go with stockers and spend the extra money on something more worthwhile.

EVERYONE should have Ray on speed dial...but anyway... I have a set of silicone and I must have a crap batch as the hose leaks. It's only really really minor but still leaks(maybe a coke cap full a month). For what they cost the damn things shouldn't leak. The leak is between the layers. Its makes its way up the nylon webbing within the hose. If I was to do it again I'd save the money and get the stockers!
