I tend to agree (from personal experience with another car), but i think studies and statistics overall show airbags save lives. As for the FD, i guess each to their own to make that determination (and risk)

It is the owner’s choice as long as they take ownership of risk. Just like my enjoyment of the occasional cigar.
But the argument they don’t make you “feel safe” or that since there aren’t a half-dozen bags per occupant having none won’t matter is just rationalization. If your srs light isn’t blinking at you while driving it’s likely the system is functional.

this. insurance will find any way to deny your claim plain and simple. I've kissed a steering wheel before, 13 stitches later and I'm pretty again, had an airbag get me too. left some minor burns. both sucked, but the airbag was the lesser of 2 evils. try and find a aesthetically pleasing one that has an airbag.
