Race for 300$

Today as I get out of my friends car a kid named troy pulls up in a Black Auto 97 Z24 Cavy.. He told to meet him on september 20th to race him. He said he was going to put hearders and a supercharger on .. I am about to order a motor tomorrow with a Race Port (step above of street port i believe) and 3mm seals. All I will have on her when I install the motor is dp,cb,intake, and pulleys. I am getting a PFC and a midpipe when I get the money. What do you think I should rwhp and crank hp wise with just the mods after i install the new motor? Im not to worried I just want to be able to wave as I pass :-D

Question, how much of a head start are you giving this poor fella?

I dont think it will be a match at all. I took out a 00 Cav Z24 with ease in my TII. I think you will have plenty of time to waive.

You're raceing with a rebuilt engine that has less than 300 miles on it?
I thought that was not a good thing to do... but I may be wrong.
???

haha it has 2.7k i think fomr the dyno.. it was done to break it in only! So the motor is broken in and the seals are set! It will be ready when i get it to do some running! Ill treat it good for a week or so just to make sure all is well!

Im getting a power FC bvefore I run her.. hard that is.. ill shift below 3k so there wont be much boost there.. also he is supercharging.. he bought 7,000 worth of parts last night!!! Well his dad bought them for him!?!? ****** little rich kids

I cant lose.. so its a PFC, Midipipe, FMIC, Octane 114, and 19psi on the twins. This will be only one run!

Think Ill be safe? Ill have 1600cc secondaries also..

Where should these mods land me? (rwhp and 1/4 mile time)
