R2 Tuning

Hi all. I own a 1994 Rx7 R2 there is a few things i could do with some help on please.

The first is does anyone know what boost i can run on a stock IC and Turbos? and would it make sence to street port/3mm tip the engine before i start uprateing bits like turbos?

I have a limited cash flow and would be tuning it over a period of time, so i would apreciate it if you would point me in the right direction.

Thanks

12 lbs would be about as much as I would run on stock...personally I wouldn't street port unless I was in need of a rebuild or something..and would only go 3mm seals if I had to..because 2mm where out of spec .
