R2 shocks

Will shocks off an R2 directly bolt up to a 93 Base?

They should. On the parts diagrams, the only suspension parts that are different between the standard and R models is the coil and damper itself.

No, the reason I asked is because my bud has a set for $150 that I wanted to pick up.

less than 15k miles on them, I assume they are probably less than 6 years old.
