when i clutch it coming to a stop light sometimes it stays idling at 2000 or so. is that some wierd *** AI in the ecu?

my turbotimer has suddenly quit doing its job
it still blinks and beeps but doesnt keep the car running or the acc power on.
thoughts?suggestions?flames?

 

your throttle might be sticking for the 2000 rpms
