Quick question about fans

If I do the fan mod where I splice the 2 wires into one switch will the fan still turn on if the switch is off? I tried searching and reading but I can't figure it out :/ I have a power fc but I don't want to mess with that.

Simple dumb question but thanks for whoever answers

If you are talking about the wires in the passenger foot well, yes, they will work normally.

Read my thread on fan control first before going down that road, the fan mod isn't really necessary if you have good fan control.
