Hooking up a profec b spec 2 boost controller is the same weather your sequential or nonsequential, correct.

I'm certainly not the best person to answer this but I don't see why it would matter. Why not call Greddy and ask them? 949.588.8300. They're pretty cool guys and I am sure would be glad to help.

yea, they hook up the same. You're still running the same lines to the same solenoids.
