Questions about full non-seq and new motor

I've tried doin some searching, but never found the exact answers I was after. First off, I'm in the process of getting a new street ported motor from Pineapple. I am currently running the don't be a rikki non-seq conversion. When I re-install the engine, I want to go full non-seq. I know most of the processes, but my main question is, can I ditch all the solenoids and vacuum lines? If not, which ones do I need to keep? I am runnin a Hallman ES mbc, so I don't need the stock solenoid for anything. I also don't have any emissions where I live, so would it be a prob to install all the block off plates and tear out all the lines and solenoids and crap? Basically like running a single setup but with twins. I'm just looking for the ease of maintenance and to get rid of all unnecessary crap. Thanks in advance.
