I can see the light from the flames (streetlights or not) in my rearview everytime. but i swear i've actually seen the actual tip of the flame a few times. Can you smell the flame when it goes out? It's almost like the air back there wraps right around the car and in the window bringing the heat and the sent.

People I race say they can deffinately feel the heat when i shoot one next to their window

lol the flame obviously doesn't come anywhere near the side of the car. But like i said it's like the "AIR" heated by the flame is felt. It's not like the flame is coming in the car and cooking the passengers rather a warm rush of air entereing the cabin on a cool night. And I am tuned.

And yes this is while at speed on the highway by myself and the passenger

Probably a stupid question but isn't this kind of illegal to be doing? Hehe I just see tons of vids of people driving on the freeway with flames coming out the pipe and just think how they are gonna explain that to the officer.

I guess they can get you for a modified exhaust. But the only way i know how to shoot them is to go WOT to redline and shift, which is not something I do in heavy traffic or around police.

I never feel the heat but I bounced a flame off of a C5's drivers window one night doing a 2-3 shift. It was cool lol but I havn't seen flames from my car in over 2 years since I got it tuned.

How the hell would you feel the heat? You're driving. I've shot flames out big enough to burn the paint off my bumper and I didnt feel the heat from that one. I did see it though. And when I did it was already too late to save my paint.

You know I am running a DP, a Cat back and a Resonated Mid-pipe. I don't think I am throwing any flames...At leat no one has ever said that I have been. But my bumper, just above the tailpipe, is begining to deform from the heat...
