Question about something under the hood w/ pic

I was cleaning some stuff up under my hood and noticed that this thing here wasnt connected to anything. what does it do and should i reconnect it or leave it? Sorry about the image quality/size i dont have photoshop anymore so i had to used paint to shrink it and change it to 256 colors.

Hard to tell from the pic but I agree with dubulup. Looks like the connector for the cruise control motor.

Why don't you go drive the car NOW and see if the cruise control works? And if you see both ends why not just plug them together?

My little connector thingy up there is connected. I just ran out to check. Since the wires that run back towards the harnesses come from the cruise control assembly, I can only assume it has something to do w/CC. But mine is connected.

You don't need photoshop.

Go to www.irfanview.com . It's freeware and no Windows computer should be without it.
