Well flames are not all flames, i tihnk it goes yellow is the lowest heat red middle, and blue very hot. So im guessing that the blue would be the closest to over rich and lean that can shoot flames, if that makes sense.

the "more combustion" the hotter the explosion, hence the difference in color of a flame.
yes, heat is responsible for color.
if you are very rich, then obviously your "explosion" will not be "as hot" versus a little rich, which will be hotter. 2 different heats, 2 different colors

why do people back off from wot at high rpms???????????????????????????????????????????
the car doesn't like to be driven at high rpms, no car does!! you can shift at high rpms but dont just sit there and drive it at high rpms
stop doing this I don't get it
don't drive the car at high rpms or back off from wot and let the engine stoppage slow down your car
shift into the hgiher gear and press on the brake
I've seen a lot of people do this in videos and even say they do it on this forum and unless you are racing I don't see why and don't think it should be a part of normal driving
if you want to shoot a flame redline and shift hard
